Soak in the buttery Gehwol Foot Bath. Apply the Bamboo scrub all over, rub in gently and rinse. Carefully apply the Callus gone gel on your callused skin. Do not apply to healthy skin. RINSE YOUR HANDS. Let it work for 3 minutes.....  Rinse your feet. Use the foot paddle to remove the remainder of your dry skin.  Rinse again and dry.  Apply a thick layer of Qtica Onvernight Foot Repair Balm and put the Pedi Sox on to keep the cream from rubbing off.  Also included are 2 pairs of toe separaters when you polish your toes!
